Where to find us.... although the big purple van isn't hard to miss
During the warmer days you can find the mobile van service in Cannon Hill park near the Garden Tea room cafe between 10am to 3pm.
Although the van might not be there on Mondays one of our advisors will be at the Edward road Health Clinic between 10am and 2pm.
MECC Trust has been bringing support directly to the Balsall Heath community with its distinctive big purple mobile advice van. Launched in Summer 2022.
This outreach service parks in local green spaces, neighbourhood high streets, and parks—making essential support accessible to everyone

WHAT TO EXPECT
Onboard, our approachable team will provide free one-to-one advice on a wide range of everyday issues:

Navigating benefits, Universal Credit, housing, and council tax

Accessing energy rebates and home grants

Help with job applications, CVs, and training

Signposting to services and financial wellness guidance
You will also be given the option on if yo would like to book a more in-depth appoint at our office where you would be able to speak to one of our advisors.
